Phones and open water have never got on well, and the itFloats pouch is the simple answer. Drop your phone in, press the snap-and-lock closure shut, and it is sealed against water, sand, snow and grit, IPX8 certified down to 30 metres.

The clever part is the floatation pillow. If the pouch goes over the side of a kayak or slips off a towel into the pool, it stays at the surface where you can spot the green and reach it. Clear TPU on the window means you can still shoot photos, check a map or answer a call without opening it, and at 0.12 lbs it takes up almost nothing in a beach bag.
