In Store:

Footwear items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in undamaged original packaging and in unworn condition with the receipt.

Handbags, wallets, socks, shoe care and accessories are final sale. 

Web Orders:

Footwear items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original undamaged packaging and in unworn condition with the receipt.

Damaged or missing boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Items can be returned in store or shipped back.

All shipping costs and carbon natural offsets are non-refundable.

All shipping, shipping related costs and Carbon Neutral offsets for returned product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are nonrefundable.

Return instructions:

Please return your order with the order number noted on the outside of the package or on a piece of paper inside, to Shoetopia Footwear 860 Tower St S, Fergus, ON N1M 3N7. Each shoe must be returned in its original box. Please ensure the box is returned undamaged (This will require sending it in another box, or a bag similar to how it arrived.) And the shoes are in unworn condition. As per our return policy, return shipping will be at your expense. Once we receive them to our store you will receive an email notification with your refund information to the card you made the purchase with.
