Description
The Remonte R6593 is a women's tall leather boot for the cold half of the year. Velvet fur lines the shaft and a membrane sits behind the smooth leather, so it holds heat without feeling stuffy on the walk from the car to the door.
A full-length zip runs the height of the boot, which is the difference between wearing them and leaving them by the door. Decorative buckles along the side keep it from reading as purely practical. Underfoot, a flexible cushioning sole and a 45 mm block heel give a bit of lift with a steady base, and the insole lifts out if you wear a custom orthotic. Cut in a relaxed width, so there is proper room through the foot.
