Description

The less weight you carry on your feet, the more you have left for the job. The Kodiak Trakker is a hiker-style safety work boot built around a full-grain waterproof leather upper and a waterproof membrane, with rugged nylon side panels that cut weight and let the boot breathe on long shifts.

Protection comes from a ROCKFIBRE® metal-free composite toe cap and composite puncture-resistant plate, CSA approved with a grade 1 protective toe and electric shock resistance, so you can walk through a metal detector without stopping. Abrasion-resistant rubber toe and heel guards take the scrapes, 200 g Thinsulate™ handles the cold without bulk, and a removable polyurethane insole over a compression-molded EVA midsole keeps the boot comfortable at 650 g per size 9. This style runs small, so order a half size up.

Care Instructions:

• Wipe off dirt and mud with a damp cloth
• Condition the leather regularly to keep it supple
• Remove the insole and air dry between wears
