I bought these for my twenty something Granddaughter months ago. She loved them until she found out she couldn’t loosen the tops no matter what she used to help enough to wear them. I finally took them back to Shoetopia in frustrated and was told there was nothing they could do but perhaps she could advertise them for sale on Marketplace. Good grief! We’ve since continued trying to loosen them to no avail so I guess she will have to try to sell them at quite a loss. Not happy!
