Description
The Rieker 72581 is a mid-height boot in a blue that is more interesting than black but just as easy to wear. The zipper runs the length of the shaft, so there is no wrestling at the door, and the soft velour lining makes the inside feel finished rather than functional.
It is built with traditional stitchdown construction, which is why it feels sturdy without feeling stiff, and the shock-absorbing sole keeps long days from catching up with you. The extra-soft cover sole adds another layer of cushioning where you notice it most. At 27 mm the heel is low enough to walk in properly. Wear it with jeans tucked or untucked, through autumn and into winter.
